About this role

The person will lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional strategies across major international eCommerce marketplaces for Vaya. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, online merchandising, marketplace algorithms, and consumer behaviour to drive sales, increase visibility, and grow market share.

Key Deliverables:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns across key internationals eCommerce platforms.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Creative, Product, and Supply Chain) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

3. Manage marketplace advertising (eg, Amazon Sponsored Ads) and drive ROI through data-driven optimizations.

4. Track analyse campaign performance using marketplace dashboards and third-party tools; provide actionable insights and reports.

5. Coordinate with marketplace account managers and partners to leverage co-op advertising and joint promotions.

6. Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and promotion.

7. Ensure accurate and compelling product listings, SEO-optimized content, and A+ content where applicable.

8. Drive seasonal and event-based campaign planning (Festival, Prime Day, Big Billion Days, etc).

9. Maintain and manage marketing calendars aligned with business objectives and platform promotional events

Pre-requisite:

Prior experience in eCommerce digital marketing, marketplace campaigns seller promotions.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central other major marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to decision-making.
Must be proficient in MS Excel and experience working with analytics and reporting tools
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
