Marketplace & Quick Commerce Specialist

Role:

We're looking for an experienced **E-commerce Executive** who can take complete ownership of our marketplace business. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across **Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other online marketplaces while driving sales, optimizing listings, and improving overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart & Blinkit.
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ Content).
• Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads).
• Monitor sales performance and improve ROAS.
• Handle inventory planning and stock coordination.
• Manage pricing, offers, coupons and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings and Q&A; improve seller performance.
• Track marketplace KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and campaigns.
• * Identify new growth opportunities across marketplaces.

Key Skills Required:

• 3-4 years of hands-on marketplace experience.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Blinkit Seller Portal.
• Experience running marketplace paid advertising.
• Understanding of inventory management and order operations.
• Analytical mindset with Excel reporting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage/D2C brands will be preferred.
