Who we're looking for: An e-commerce professional with strong expertise in managing and scaling online marketplace operations. Someone who understands both the numbers and the narrative - from sales optimization to brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
- Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue, visibility, and profitability.
- Handle product listings, catalog optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Monitor marketplace KPIs - sales, returns, ratings, reviews, ad spends, and margins.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain) for smooth execution.
- Negotiate with marketplace category managers to drive campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competition.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketplace dashboards, advertising tools, and reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
