Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities: Marketo Development & Automation

Configure and support Marketo programs, smart campaigns, lead lifecycle flows, scoring, segmentation, and nurture journeys.

Build and maintain email and landing page templates, tokens, forms, and operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency.

Ensure data quality and governance through standardization, validation, and ongoing monitoring of lead and activity data. Collaboration & Delivery

Partner with stakeholders to translate marketing and commerce needs into technical solutions and delivery plans.

Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for secure, maintainable implementations.

Support release planning, deployments, and post-release validation across commerce and marketing automation changes.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Marketo implementation/support.

Strong working knowledge of Marketo components (programs, smart campaigns, segmentation, forms, email/landing pages).

Experience with integrations and data flows between commerce and marketing systems.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA or equivalent education.
