Marketing Trainee

Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Trainee to support brand marketing initiatives, working closely with the team on campaign execution, vendor management, and creator collaborations across ATL and BTL activations. This role suits someone who follows brand and marketing trends closely and can translate that understanding into well-executed, on-ground campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL
• Manage vendor relationships and lead negotiations for ATL and BTL campaign requirements
• Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations
• Assist in planning and rolling out BTL (below-the-line) activations
• Contribute ideas for campaigns that build brand recall and affinity, not just short-term visibility
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing or a related function
• Working knowledge of brand awareness and brand-building principles
• Prior exposure to influencer or creator marketing
• Familiarity with BTL activation planning and execution
• Experience or comfort with vendor management and commercial negotiations
• Strong interest in dissecting and understanding what makes marketing campaigns effective
