Marketing Technology & Growth Systems Manager

TheraYog is a holistic wellness company combining Yoga, Ayurveda, Diet, Doctor Consultations, and compassionate care. We work across women's health, fertility, pregnancy, post-pregnancy, and overall wellbeing. We also operate VedicMum, our Ayurveda and wellness product brand.

We are looking for a Marketing Technology & Growth Systems Manager who can manage our websites, landing pages, CRM, automation, analytics, payment flows, and digital growth systems.

This is not a pure IT support role. The ideal candidate should understand both technology and business growth, and should be able to make our digital systems simple, stable, well-documented, and useful for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Website, Landing Pages & Digital Assets

• Manage and improve company websites and landing pages.
• Ensure pages are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, conversion-focused, and properly tested.
• Coordinate with design, content, ads, sales, operations, and external vendors where required.
• Maintain website hygiene, plugin updates, backups, redirects, forms, and basic troubleshooting.

2. CRM, Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain CRM, lead tracking, source tracking, and campaign reporting systems.
• Ensure proper tracking of leads, payments, sales sources, campaign performance, and customer journeys.
• Maintain clean reports for leads, conversions, revenue, ad spend, and funnel performance.
• Identify tracking gaps, broken flows, and areas where revenue leakage can be reduced.

3. Automation & Integrations

• Manage automation across forms, payment gateways, WhatsApp/email tools, CRM, LMS, e-commerce, and dashboards.
• Set up and troubleshoot basic APIs, webhooks, redirects, forms, and data flows.
• Ensure automations are properly tested, documented, and monitored after launch.

4. Growth Funnel Support

• Support revenue growth through better funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, WhatsApp/email journeys, old data revival, and campaign tracking.
• Improve customer journeys for workshops, live programs, consultations, subscriptions, renewals, and VedicMum products.
• Help teams reduce manual confusion and improve speed of execution through better systems.

5. Documentation & Process Discipline

• Create simple SOPs for important systems and recurring processes.
• Keep credentials, tool details, vendor details, and process documents properly updated.
• Ensure completed work has proper links, proof, documentation, and handover clarity.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, web management, CRM, automation, digital operations, or growth systems.
• Good working knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, forms, plugins, and page builders.
• Understanding of landing pages, payment flows, lead capture, CRM, UTM tracking, analytics, and funnel optimisation.
• Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CRM platforms, Google Sheets, WhatsApp/email tools, and dashboards.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tools and vendors without creating confusion or dependency.

Good to Have

• Experience in health-tech, wellness, e-commerce, ed-tech, or creator-led brands.
• Experience with Shopify, LMS platforms, Pabbly, Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, DoubleTick, Manychat, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to coordinate with external developers/freelancers cost-effectively.

Success Metrics

The role will be evaluated on:

• Stability and performance of websites, payment flows, and tracking systems.
• Accuracy of lead, source, revenue, and campaign reporting.
• Reduction in broken flows, missing data, and manual confusion.
• Timely completion of approved priority tasks.
• Quality of documentation and SOPs.
• Contribution to better funnels, smoother customer journeys, and revenue growth.
