Marketing Technologist

• Conceptualise, build and continuously improve the RevX website and campaign landing pages, owning mobile speed (LCP under 2.5s), regional performance across APAC, CDN/Cloudflare setup and correct language (hreflang) targeting for every market.
• Drive technical SEO and LLM search optimisation so RevX is found by app marketers on search engines and AI assistants alike.
• Partner with the Design team on the creative side of marketing, producing blogs, emails, carousels and short motion videos, using AI tools to move faster without losing brand quality.
• Manage the marketing technology behind our in-house CRM together with Product and Engineering, including the lead flow from capture, dedupe and enrichment to MQL scoring, regional routing (EMEA, APAC, AMER) and handoff to Sales within 24 hours.
• Set up and maintain clean tracking across every touchpoint: UTM and gclid capture, hidden form fields, GA4 events and consent management compliant with GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
• Build channel attribution from click to contact, deal and revenue, and report on leads, MQLs, pipeline, speed-to-lead and website performance to the Product and Marketing teams.
• Own technical design in the marketing product space and build AI-led automations that remove repetitive work across content, lead handling and reporting.
• Take initiative and collaborate with multiple functions including Product Management, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Sales and Campaign Management, providing pragmatic feedback that shapes our tools and processes.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience across marketing and technology, ideally backed by a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field.
• You are plug-and-play: you become operational and highly productive within your first two weeks, not after a long onboarding.
• You build with modern front-end tools (React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and know how to deploy and host them (Vercel or similar).
• You understand web performance and technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals, CDNs, Cloudflare, hreflang and site audits.
• You have working experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar), form integrations and lead scoring.
• You are fluent in tracking and analytics: UTM parameters, GTM, GA4 and consent management.
• You use AI tools (Claude, LLMs, AI agents, scraping tools) to multiply your output, while still excelling independently without them.
• You keep systems simple and intuitive, and avoid overengineering that creates a training burden for others.
• You enjoy working within small, lean teams, and direct accountability across multiple stakeholders excites and empowers you.
• You exhibit strong process, organisational and time management skills as well as clear written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: experience in ad tech, mobile app growth or user acquisition, building a CRM or internal tool, or producing motion graphics.
