Key Responsibilities Marketing Technical Representative (MTR)

• Conduct field surveys of IAM (Independent Aftermarket) local garages and mechanics.
• Create and maintain a database of garages and mechanics.
• Create awareness and promote Brakes India products, including new product launches.
• Support FSE/FPE teams during van campaigns, mechanics meets, and MTC activities.
• Promote the Brakes India CONNECT App among IAM mechanics.
• Collect feedback from local garages regarding Brakes India and competitor products.
• Install and use internal MTC/MTR applications.
• Handle IAM mechanic queries in coordination with FSEs.
• Provide technical product information and support to mechanics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local garages and mechanics.
