Marketing Tech Manager

We're Hiring: MarTech Platform 

Join Cognizant Moment and help organizations transform customer experiences through cutting-edge Marketing Technology, Customer Data, Analytics, Personalization, and Journey Orchestration solutions. 

• Act as a platform SME for MarTech consulting, solutioning, and delivery advisory.
• Design and guide customer data, analytics, personalization, experimentation, marketing automation, and customer journey solutions.
• Lead client workshops, assessments, solution discussions, and platform deep dives.
• Support RFPs/RFIs, proposals, estimations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Define integration strategies across CRM, CMS, Commerce, Service, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Mentor teams and contribute to reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices. 

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Customer Data Platforms: Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Tealium, mParticle, Treasure Data
• Journey Orchestration: Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, MoEngage, Oracle Responsys
• Digital Analytics: Adobe Analytics, GA4, Customer Journey Analytics
• Product Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap
• Personalization & Experimentation: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield
• Marketing Automation: Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

Experience in MarTech, Customer Data, Analytics, or Digital Marketing Platforms
Minimum 5 years of deep expertise in a MarTech platform or solution area
Strong understanding of identity, consent, segmentation, activation, measurement, and integrations
Experience working with marketing, data, technology, privacy, and security stakeholders
Strong client-facing consulting and solutioning capabilities
