Marketing & Strategic Planning Manager

Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, offline, and trade channels.
• Own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products/services.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI tracking across campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
• Oversee marketing campaign performance, using data analytics to optimize outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor a small team of marketing executives/analysts, if applicable.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or business consulting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
