Job Summary
IAS: Incentive Administrative System is a tool to process incentives for servicesrenderedby UPS and create legal contracts with new customers and amend existing contracts. IAS is a part of marketing and provides information to different UPS departments.
Job Duties - Deals with huge revenue generating customers. Customized Contracts are prepared as per customer requirement and to implement the rates in the systemrequiremore time and knowledge.
- Processing contracts for new and existing UPS customers, auto-renewal of expired contracts and contract cancellation for non-shipping customers
- Special tasks Coordination
- Scheduled start time and hours workedmaybe changedbased on workflow and needs of the operation
- Work is performedin accordance withestablished procedures and guidelines
- 100% Quality is the essential factor
- Processing is time sensitive and requirestimelyaction oneach and everyworkallocated
- Good keyboard skillsrequired.
- Knowledge of MS Office with hands on experience on Excel
- Good communicationskills.
- Good Excel knowledge (including skills such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, data validation, conditional formatting, and pivot tables, which are essential for a data entry work profile).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure during volumespike.
- Highly dedicated and patient to work for high revenue strategic customers.
- Mustpossessadvanced reasoning and research skills.
- Decision making skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience, preferably in Excel-related work.
