About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, admissions cycles, and key events.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Content Creation Storytelling
- Develop engaging short-form content, reels, carousels, and storytelling posts around:
- child development insights
- classroom learning moments
- parenting education
- teacher stories and WOW moments
- events and celebrations
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and call-to-actions to drive engagement and inquiries.
- Campaign Execution
- Support execution of brand campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and admissions campaigns on social media.
- Collaborate with the design team to create high-performing creatives and video content.
- Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and parent queries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Build a positive digital community around parenting and early learning.
- Analytics Optimization
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Analyse metrics such as engagement rate, reach, video performance, and lead generation.
- Recommend improvements based on insights and trends.
- Trend Platform Awareness
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging formats.
- Bring fresh ideas to keep KLAY content relevant, modern, and engaging.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Experience managing brand pages with high engagement expectations
- Experience with reels/short-form video content preferred
Skills
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Ability to translate brand strategy into platform-specific content
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and Meta Business Suite
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and social media ads
