ROLE OVERVIEW

Position Name: Marketing Specialist

Experience : 1-4 years

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is eager to learn and contribute across the marketing lifecycle from research and positioning to campaign execution and content creation.

You will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to support brand building, go-to-market initiatives, and growth strategies.

EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS

Support the team in Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for new features and product launches

Assist in creating marketing content such as blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and case studies

Work on the Product research and develop product roadmap with the dev & product team.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Help define and refine product messaging and positioning

Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to create pitch decks and sales collaterals

Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels

Assist in managing website content and SEO initiatives

Track campaign performance and help derive basic insights and reports

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for growth and brand building

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

1-4 year of experience or prior internship in Marketing / Product Marketing / Growth

Strong interest in SaaS / B2B / AI-driven products

Basic understanding of marketing concepts (GTM, branding, funnels)

Good communication and content writing skills

Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced startup environment

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Google Analytics, or social platforms is a plus
