Marketing Specialist

Role overview

• We’re seeking a marketing specialist with strong communication skills and 3-5 years of experience to promote IT products and services. 


• You’ll develop clear, compelling marketing campaigns that translate technical solutions into value for customers and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver campaigns for IT products, software, cloud services, cybersecurity, or technology solutions.


• Create and edit content for websites, email, social media, blogs, case studies, presentations, and sales materials.


• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Coordinate product launches, webinars, industry events, and customer communications.


• Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns.


• Research IT market trends, competitors, target audiences, and customer needs.


• Manage social media and content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging.


• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT, software, SaaS, or technology sector.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical information.


• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.


• Strong content-development, project-management, and organizational skills.


• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics, social media, email marketing, and content-management platforms.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience marketing B2B technology products or services.


• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, SEO, paid media, or webinar platforms.


• Experience supporting sales teams with presentations, product collateral, and lead-generation campaigns.
