Asset Adaptation Analyst and Content Production Analyst

Experience - 3 to 8 years

Qualification- Qualification - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Shift- Rotational 24/7 (Including night shift)

Job Description-

Marketing - Asset Adaptation Analyst

•Execute asset adaptation in accordance with brand guidelines

•Perform Resizing, and versioning of approved master assets for all required channels, formats, and market variants

•Maintain quality control throughout the adaptation workflow

•Check file specs, color profiles, copy accuracy, and legal/compliance requirements before final delivery

•Manage adaptation request intake, prioritization, and status tracking through workflow tool

•Regular Reporting of capacity and delivery status on the agreed cadence

•Stakeholder Communication, Case Management & Process Documentation

Desired technology skills: Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, Digital Asset Management & Content Management Platforms

Marketing - Content Production Analyst

•Produce marketing content and creative assets (copy, design, photography, video, digital)

•Produce Content & Assets in accordance with approved campaign briefs, brand standards, and production specifications

•Manage end-to-end Content production workflows

•Manage intake of briefs, coordination with internal and external production resources, track milestones, and deliver assets on schedule

•Conduct internal creative review and quality assurance before submission for approval

•Manage post-production and archiving of approved assets: file naming, version control, and delivery to the designated DAM or distribution platform
