You will support all lines of business & initiatives including Brand, Buyer, Renter and B2B.
You Will Get To:
- Own end-to-end QA of monthly reporting and spend data across paid media platforms/channels and internal systems — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability at scale. You'll be the subject matter expert of several external reporting platforms, like CM360, iSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and more
- You will own a bi-weekly reporting cadence across campaigns while working toward an always-on data infrastructure that reduces lag between performance signals and optimization decisions
- Leverage AI tools to streamline data QA, surface anomalies, and reduce manual lift across recurring workflows
- Maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure to surface media performance, trends, and insights to key stakeholders
- Pull and synthesize ongoing competitive tracking data via third-party tools, translating raw signals into actionable summaries for the media team
- Build and evaluate budget optimization scenarios to support investment decisions across lines of business and channels
- Support the set-up and deployment of marketing tests across paid media channels including TV, Online Video, Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic Display, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Paid Marketing, Marketing Tech and Operations, Marketing Data Science, and Marketing Strategy to support shared initiatives
- Triage and investigate data discrepancies across platforms and internal systems, documenting findings and escalating with full context to US-based media leads or Marketing Tech partners as needed
Who you are
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a marketing data, analytics, or media operations role with hands-on experience supporting paid media programs
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and working with large datasets working with platforms like Databricks
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent) to accelerate data workflows, QA processes, or reporting — this is a core expectation of the role, not a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with advertising platforms across paid media channels and third-party competitive tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail with a genuine commitment to data quality — you catch the things others miss
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently, making well-reasoned decisions and moving swiftly when needed
- Strong deadline, communication and time management; ability to work with overseas teams and meet deliverable needs
- BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience

About
Zillow, Inc. is a leading home and real estate marketplace dedicated to helping homeowners, buyers, sellers, renters, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, landlords, and property managers find and share vital information about homes, real estate, mortgages, and home improvement. Under the Zillow brand, Zillow operates Zillow.com, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace, Zillow Mobile, Zillow Rentals, and Zillow Digs. Rich Barton and Lloyd Frink started Zillow in early 2005, and Zillow.com launched in early 2006 with data and information on millions of U.S. homes. Zillow's goal is to help people make intelligent decisions about their homes -- whether it's buying a home, selling, renting, leasing, remodeling or financing. It's all about empowering people with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgages. Zillow is one of the most-visited U.S. real estate brands. Zillow Mobile boasts the most popular suite of real estate apps, with nearly 480 million homes viewed in May 2014. In addition to information and data on nearly all homes in the U.S. (110 million and counting), Zillow visitors can search homes for sale, homes for rent, and homes not currently on the market. Homeowners can browse remodeling ideas in Dueling Digs, or dig into the latest real estate trends in their neighborhood via Zillow's expansive local data pages. Zillow is a media business model and makes money selling targeted, relevant advertising to real estate professionals, and connecting home and mortgage shoppers with professionals who can help them. Zillow began trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market on July 20, 2011.
