Role & responsibilities
Manage MOR PROJECTS social media pages – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
* Plan and post regular social media content.
* Have basic knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts & Content Planning.
* Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns.
* Call and qualify potential customers.
* Explain MOR PROJECTS’ luxury villa projects and investment opportunities.
* Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
* Conduct project presentations and assist customers during site visits.
* Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
* Handle customer queries and objections.
* Convert qualified leads into bookings.
* Maintain lead and customer details in CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Generate referrals and new business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Real Estate Marketing and located in Hyderabad only.
