Marketing Sales Manager (B2B) / Sr. Sales Manager / BDM - Kolkata

We are seeking a performance-driven Marketing Sales Manager/Sales Manager/BDM to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strong relationships with B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition and company revenue and maintain Company AOP.
• Manage and guide the business development team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and convert both global and domestic leads using Zoho CRM, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and email campaigns.
• Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Schedule and conduct business meetings and virtual conferences with decision-makers and content heads from top MNCs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and lead nurturing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM with a focus on Sales and Marketing (preferred).
• 3 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
• Effective email writing and client negotiation skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Experience in working with international clients is a plus.
• Adaptive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional.
