Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive marketing Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple regions ensuring campaigns and cross-functional deliverables move forward on time and on scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously across; build and maintain timelines and status trackers
• Own the end-to-end project (intake, scoping, execution, QA, launch); identify and resolve risks/bottlenecks proactively
• Design, build, and maintain workflows within project management software (Jira and Asana) to standardize campaign production; document SOPs and refine processes
• Coordinate across marketing, creative, copy, design, and regional stakeholders; lead meetings and confidently drive alignment on decisions
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines clearly to Marketing team
• Coordinate build, QA, and deployment of campaigns within email platforms (Iterable); partner with Marketing Director on segmentation, triggers, and journeys

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, /CRM, or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different regions/markets
• Hands-on experience building and configuring workflows/templates in project management software (Asana, Jira or similar)
• Experience working within an email marketing/ESP platform (Iterable, or similar)
• Experience working within a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to anticipate issues and course-correct quickly
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while staying aligned with team goals
• Comfortable taking the lead driving meetings and cross-team alignment
• Strong time management skills; able to prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in , retention, or CRM marketing; familiarity with customer journey mapping and marketing automation (triggers, segmentation, A/B testing); PMP/Agile/Scrum certification; experience supporting global/multi-region teams
