Marketing Operations – US Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations – US Shift with minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of Reports & dashboards in lightning salesforce for Campaign
•  Creation of the filter logic in reports & dashboards as per the marketing & business requirement. 
• Hands on experience in any one of the following marketing automation tools: Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
• Account view creation in lightning Salesforce
• Creation of data in excel as per the required format to upload in reports
• Extraction of lead & contacts details from the specified lead source
• Delivering the data as per the agreed SLA metrics.
• Provide accurate reports and analysis. Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
• Working closely with business unit and regional marketing teams to build, orchestrate and execute multi-touch, multi-channel lead generation programs, including webinars, nurture campaigns, account-based initiatives
• Collaborating with the peers to support marketing automation processes, workflows, and general database maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.  CSS knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Comfortable using a ticketing system is a plus (JIRA, Workfront)
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous process improvement.

Shift: Night shift
Transportation: One-way cab facility (drop) is provided
