Marketing Operations Specialist (Noida)

Job summary

Individual will act as a central data anchor, managing lead administration, automated dashboards, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination to optimize departmental efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage dealer infrastructure coordination with regional teams and agencies, including documentation, bill settlements, and follow-ups for project closures.
• Coordinate across all regions to ensure timely execution and agency alignment for various marketing-related projects.
• Handle Zoho/DMS data management, daily lead uploads, lead allocation follow-ups, weekly MIS reporting, and delivery mapping.
• Support call centre operations by consolidating digital leads from various platforms, ensuring data accuracy, timely uploads, and dormant enquiry coordination.
• Maintain process quality through automated Excel reports and marketing department MIS dashboards for management review, including YTD/MTD presentations.
• Cross-check dealer debits for marketing campaigns and maintain a comprehensive record of all marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Accounts teams to meet different marketing project requirements.
• Prepare departmental dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor budgets and analyze expenditures to generate effective spend reports and visual dashboards.
