    Role Summary

Birdeye is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, and data that power our marketing engine in today's world of AI and Automation. This is a mid-level role (3–5 years of experience) for a hands-on operator who is comfortable working independently across marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI. This role is based in India and will work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time) to align closely with the Marketing and Sales leadership teams and support real-time campaign execution, lead flow, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations of marketing automation platforms (Marketo) including campaign builds, list management, segmentation, and workflow/nurture automation.
    • Own lead lifecycle management — lead scoring, routing, and handoff from Marketing to Sales in partnership with LeanData.
    • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and marketing platforms
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline.
    • Partner with campaign, demand generation, and sales development teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of email sends, landing pages, and forms.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation-to-CRM integrations (Marketo Salesforce, LeanData routing rules).
    • Support UTM tracking, tagging conventions, and attribution reporting standards across campaigns.
    • Document and continuously improve marketing operations processes, playbooks, and SOPs.
    • Assist with list imports/exports, database hygiene, suppression management, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
    • Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders during EST business hours for standups, campaign QA, and troubleshooting.

    Requirements

    Experience & Skills

    • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or a related marketing systems role.
    • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot.
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including object relationships, campaign influence, and reporting.
    • Experience with LeanData or similar lead routing/matching tools.
    • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and funnel metrics.
    • Comfortable working independently during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
    • Detail-oriented with strong data hygiene instincts and QA discipline.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for close collaboration with U.S. stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Bizible/Salesforce Marketing Analytics, or similar attribution platforms.
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page troubleshooting.
    • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or HubSpot/Pardot certification.

    Working Schedule

    • This role requires overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours to support real-time
    • collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams based in the United States.
