About the RoleZYMR SYSTEM PVT LTD is looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Executive to support the Marketing team inplanning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns for our IT services and technology consultingbusiness. The role will focus on campaign execution, ICP-based prospect research, data extraction, Zoho CRMoperations, campaign management, and reporting.

Important: This is a Marketing Operations role. Calling and appointment setting are not core responsibilities. Thecandidate should be strong in campaign execution, prospect data extraction, marketing tools, Zoho CRM, and campaignreporting..

Key Responsibilities

• Execute B2B marketing and outbound campaigns based on defined ICPs, industries, geographies, buyer personas,
• and campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect and target-account lists using ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
• and similar tools.
• Perform ICP-based data extraction including company, contact, designation, industry, employee size, location, and
• other relevant information.
• Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers and buyer personas for campaigns.
• Support campaign setup, execution, segmentation, and follow-up across email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Manage campaign data, lead stages, source tracking, campaign tagging, and activity updates in Zoho CRM.
• Maintain Zoho CRM data quality, including duplicate management, data validation, lead/contact updates, and accurate
• campaign attribution.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to align campaign lists, targeting, messaging, and lead handoffs.
• Track campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign activity, engagement,
• responses, MQLs, and other KPIs.
• Support lead nurturing activities and maintain accurate campaign and lead status.
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining data accuracy and execution timelines.
• Occasional calling or follow-up may be required when needed, but calling is not a primary responsibility.

Required Skills & Experience

• 45 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Execution, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation
• Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Practical experience in ICP-based prospect research and data extraction.
• Good understanding of B2B buyer personas, target accounts, industries, company size, geographies, and
• decision-maker mapping.
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM, including lead/contact management, data updates, campaign tracking, and
• CRM hygiene.
• Experience in B2B campaign execution, campaign list management, segmentation, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working with prospect and company data.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to track campaign KPIs.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Target Markets & Campaign Exposure

The candidate will support campaigns targeting North America (USA & Canada), UK, Europe, and APAC. Campaignexposure may include IT Services, SaaS, Software, FinTech, HealthTech, Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Data, DigitalTransformation, and other technology-focused segments.
