• Responsible for organizing and executing BTL activities to ensure the achievement of new footfalls at the unit.
• Ensuring marketing and communications collaterals are displayed properly and maintained daily per brand guidelines.
• Reach out to RWAs, educational institutions, cultural associations, and womens clubs and execute long-term partnerships in the form of MOUs and tie-ups.
• Conceptualizing and executing Doctor related promotional plans.
• Work as a liaison office across various departments at the units ensuring the overall objectives of the units are met.
• Ensuring a steady flow of events executed on a monthly basis.
• Coordinating with the corporate office for the accomplishment of digital and offline requirements.
• Planning and preparing unit marketing budgets for undertaking on-ground events.
• Close coordination with corporate, creative teams and agencies on requirements of unit-level collaterals and other departments.
• Close coordination with in-house doctors.
• Achieving all marketing objectives within the budgeted cost.
• Promotions of all COEs & executing campaigns which directly impact the revenue.
• Supporting corporate, govt. & sales teams in brand activation activities at the unit level by providing timely creatives.
• Handing multiple agencies.
• Churning out major awareness marketing communications, health days per month across all platforms and all channels.
• Planning & executing new unit branding activities.
