About the Role:*
We are looking for a smart, creative Marketing Executive who understands modern marketing - not just traditional, but AI-powered and Social-first. You will handle our brand's presence online, create content with AI tools, run campaigns, and generate leads, interactions with various professional agencies appointed by the company.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Social Media Marketing:*
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads
- Plan monthly content calendar, reels, stories, posts
- Engage with audience, comments, DMs, community building
- Track insights, reach, engagement and prepare reports
*2. AI-Powered Marketing:*
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs for content, images, videos, copy
- Create marketing content, ad copy, blogs, emailers using AI
- Use AI for market research, competitor analysis, customer insights
- Implement AI automation for marketing workflow (Zapier, Meta AI, etc.)
*3. Campaign & Lead Generation:*
- Run paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Support in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing
- Collaborate with design and sales team for campaigns
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Graduate in Marketing / Business / Mass Communication / Any relevant field
- 1+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of AI marketing tools: ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta AI, AI video/image generators
- Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut / VN
- Excellent written communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Creative thinking, trend awareness, and basic copywriting skills
*Preferred / Bonus Points:*
- Knowledge of basic video editing and graphic designing
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Analytical skills of outreach and the benefits, budgeting of the expenses to achieve a perfect mix with the revenue growth
- Out of the box thinking will be an additional quality.
