Marketing & Market Development – Key Responsibilities

Role Focus: Crop-focused Marketing & Market Development from Seed to Harvest, promoting GROMOR SAMPOORTHI to improve farmer profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development: Identify new markets, crops & business opportunities

Product Promotion: Promote SND products and GROMOR SAMPOORTHI

Field Demonstrations: Conduct demos, trials, crop seminars & field days

Product Development: Gather market/product feedback and recommend new products

Team Management: Recruit, train & supervise Market Development Trainees (MDTs)

Promotional Activities: Plan farmer meetings, jeep campaigns, retailer meetings & innovative promotions

POP Management: Plan, indent & effectively utilize POP materials

Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends & secondary sales

Liaison: Build relationships with Agriculture Universities, Government Departments, KVKs, Research Institutes & Opinion Leaders

Government Coordination: Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor tenders

Budget & Administration: Manage promotional budgets, expenses, vehicle logs & trainee records
