About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help shape how Nandi Housing and our projects are presented to the world. This is a role for someone who enjoys brand building, storytelling, digital marketing, community engagement and understanding what makes customers connect with a place and a brand.

You will work across:

Strategic Marketing

· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, PR and traditional channels.

· Establish key marketing objectives and performance metrics, and use insights to continuously improve effectiveness.

Brand Storytelling

· Develop and strengthen the Nandi Housing brand and the stories around its projects, with a focus on community, sustainability and resident well-being.

· Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and campaigns that strengthen brand engagement.

Campaign Analytics

· Plan, monitor and analyse marketing campaigns across channels to measure effectiveness and return on investment.

· Translate campaign and customer data into actionable insights to improve marketing strategy and performance.

Customer Experience

· Drive a consistent and engaging customer experience across all brand touchpoints, from digital platforms to on-site interactions.

· Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Community & Events

· Plan and execute events and initiatives that strengthen community engagement and bring residents together.

· Develop initiatives that encourage residents to actively participate in and contribute to their communities.

Market Research

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, emerging trends and market opportunities.

· Monitor competitor activity and market developments to identify opportunities and strengthen Nandi Housing's positioning

Team Development

· Mentor and develop the creative team, providing direction and support to build in-house capabilities.

· Strengthen capabilities across content creation, digital marketing, brand management and campaign execution.

What we're looking for

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in marketing.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms.

· A proven track record in brand storytelling and campaign management.

· Strong project management and communication skills.
