Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our schools student recruitment and community engagement. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our academic vision, showcase student achievements, and drive prospective student enrollment across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with school enrollment targets and educational mission.
• Partner closely with the Admissions Team to design targeted lead-generation campaigns and prospective family communications.
• Plan and market major recruitment events, including Open Houses, campus tours, educational fairs, and webinars.
• Analyze lead acquisition data and enrollment funnel metrics to refine campaigns and maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within K-12 education, higher education, or a customer-centric service industry.
• Core Competencies:
• Good communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Deep understanding of community-based marketing, word-of-mouth strategy, and family decision-making dynamics.
