Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent relationships with media houses, advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, and PR agencies, along with a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.

The candidate should also be familiar with AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign efficiency, content creation, market research, and overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects and brand promotion.
• Coordinate with media houses, newspapers, magazines, outdoor media, PR agencies, and advertising partners.
• Negotiate media rates and manage advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and lead generation activities.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva AI for content creation, market research, and campaign planning.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal sales teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Plan and coordinate real estate events, property launches, exhibitions, broker meets, and promotional activities from concept to execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong media house connections and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, PR, and advertising.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive marketing professional with real estate industry experience, strong media relationships, and hands-on knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.
