Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Execute brand and marketing plans across digital, retail, print, and events.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication, visuals, and customer experience.
• Coordinate content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Plan and manage campaign calendars and promotional activities.
• Work with design, merchandising, and sales teams on product launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, printers, and digital partners.
• Support PR activities and manage communication with the PR consultant.
• Identify and coordinate brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.
• Organise events, workshops, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and track market trends.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and execution of ongoing marketing projects.
• Maintain and update brand assets, presentations, and communication materials.
• Support retail stores with VM communication and promotional requirements.
• Ensure timely coordination and follow-up across all marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and retail branding.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
