Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Lead and manage the marketing team, agencies, and external vendors.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, branding, and content creation.
Plan and execute promotional, seasonal, festive, and event marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, budgets, and marketing reports.
Build strategic partnerships and explore new avenues for business growth.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and event promotions.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or banquets will be an added advantage.
