Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive product marketing, brand growth, and market expansion for our IVD portfolio. Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Autoimmunity. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, support product launches, build relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate closely with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for IVD products.
- Manage product launches, positioning, and lifecycle activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support sales teams with training, promotional materials, and customer engagement activities.
- Organize scientific events, conferences, workshops, and webinars.
- Build relationships with laboratories, hospitals, KOLs, and channel partners.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign effectiveness, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of marketing experience in IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic technologies and healthcare markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Autoimmunity.
