Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Manage marketing, creative and advertising agencies.
• Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
• Manage hoardings, banners, outdoor advertising and OOH branding.
• Increase Sky Byte Developers' brand visibility and market presence.
• Plan local marketing campaigns across Sonipat and nearby markets.
• Manage vendors, media partners and marketing agencies.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for project marketing and lead generation.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign execution and performance.
• Track competitor activities and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular marketing reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
• Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of offline marketing, ATL, BTL, OOH and brand marketing.
• Experience in agency and vendor management.
• Good communication, negotiation and execution skills.
• Strong understanding of local market marketing.
• Should be able to independently manage marketing activities.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate/work from Bahalgarh, Sonipat.
