Roles and Responsibilities

Doctor Referral Work:

• Visit clinics and meet doctors regularly
• Maintain good relationship with referral doctors
• Bring patient referrals to hospital
• Add new doctors for referral network
• Coordinate with hospital team for patient care

Camp Activities:

• Plan and conduct medical camps
• Coordinate with companies, schools, and public areas
• Manage camp arrangements and staff
• Collect patient details and follow up for hospital visit

Other Work:

• Maintain basic reports (referrals & camps)
• Support marketing activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of doctor activities, camp management, and healthcare marketing principles.
  
• Proven track record of developing effective marketing plans and executing successful campaigns.
