About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own Precize's marketing engine end-to-end. You'll set the strategy, run campaigns, lead a team, and see your work directly impact key business metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.This is a high-ownership role with full-funnel responsibility, a direct line to the founders, and a clear runway into a Head of Marketing role as we scale.

What You'll OwnMarketing Strategy & Execution

• Design and drive the 360 marketing roadmap across digital channels, including Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Community Building, WhatsApp, Email, and other relevant channels.
• Set and own weekly/monthly acquisition, activation, and retention targets.
• Run rapid marketing experimentsidentify what works, eliminate what doesn't, and double down on high-performing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data and business outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, delegate responsibilities with clarity, and review output rigorously.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.
• Act as the bridge between Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Content & Brand

• Oversee content that makes private market investing simple, relevant, and accessible to retail users.
• Develop and execute topical content and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen Precize's brand presence.

Who You Are

• 2 years of marketing/growth experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Have managed or mentored at least one direct report.
• Understand the full marketing funnel: acquisition activation retention referral.
• Have experience running influencer campaigns and can distinguish real business impact from vanity metrics.
• Target-driven, creative, and comfortable doing more with less in a fast-paced startup environment.

Must-Haves

• Proven experience leading or managing a marketing/growth team.
• Strong command of at least two of the following:
• Paid Media
• Influencer Marketing
• SEO/Content
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with dashboards, funnels, cohort data, and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Startup experience, preferably at a small or mid-sized company.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with stock markets or alternative investment products.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Mixpanel, CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• An existing network of finance content creators or influencers.
