Role overview

The Marketing Manager will drive business across digital printing, flex and large-format display, signage, photo products, packaging, publications, 3D products, and copier paper.

The role will build market visibility, generate qualified orders, develop institutional and channel relationships, and increase revenue.

This is a commercial print-and-production role.

Key responsibilities

• Create category-wise marketing and sales plans across the complete print and production portfolio.
• Generate B2B and institutional business through direct outreach and partner channels.
• Build a lead pipeline through field visits, referrals, digital marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, exhibitions, and networks.
• Develop dealer, reseller, and referral networks.
• Create brochures, rate cards, sample kits, presentations, social media content, and campaign offers.
• Coordinate order conversion and execution with production, design, sales, and external vendors.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across product categories.
• Track competitors, demand, seasonal opportunities, and product trends.
• Maintain CRM records, conversion reports, revenue forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Support quotations, project proposals, and tender-related opportunities.
  
  

Candidate profile

• The posting prefers 4 to 7 years of experience in printing, packaging, signage, advertising, visual communication, B2B sales, or business development.
• Knowledge of digital printing, flex or signage, packaging, or publication printing is preferred.
• The candidate should understand client requirements, coordinate with production teams, and prepare commercially viable proposals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English are requested.
• The candidate should be comfortable with client meetings, field sales, negotiations, and target-based work.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Excel, and presentation software is requested.
• The candidate should be able to develop long-term customer relationships and manage multiple product categories.
  
  

Compensation

• Pay is ₹18,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
