Marketing Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company sales and business growth objectives.
• Identify and develop new customers in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and packaging industries.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Production, Quality and R&D teams to provide suitable packaging solutions.
• Promote and market products such as HDPE Bottles, LDPE & LLDPE Poly Bags, CT Caps, CRC Closures and Desiccant Holders.
• Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals and product details to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and order closures.
• Coordinate with the Production and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements and pricing.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat orders and payment coordination.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the Quality/Production teams for resolution of complaints.
• Maintain customer database, sales reports, enquiry status and order tracking.
• Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings and other business development activities.
• Prepare regular MIS and sales reports for management.
• Support the launch and marketing of new products under development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharma-packaging customer requirements.
