Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Own the corporate website and all project microsites - content, performance, UI, UX, and MahaRERA compliance
• Manage SEO, AEO and content optimisation to grow organic visibility and organic lead volume, using site speed, mobile experience and conversion-rate optimisation.
• Build & Manage content that supports consideration cycle - locality guides, construction updates, home-loan and stamp-duty explainers etc.
• Own website analytics, conversion tracking, and funnel reporting.
• Integrate, administer and optimize CRM like SFDC and other platforms. Execute API integrations integrating with property portals and other platforms as required.
• Build and maintain marketing automations.

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in Website management, Marketing technology and CRM
• Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred
• Good understanding of SEO, Web analytics and Marketing technology
• Real estate experience preferred, not mandator
