Reporting To: Head - Healthcare Promotions
Education: MBA / Post Graduation
Experience: 7+ years in Healthcare Marketing
Age Limit: Up to 60 years
Salary : Upto 18 LPA(Depends upon the skills and experience)
Role Purpose
Drive marketing, referral generation, patient acquisition, and revenue growth across Cardiac Sciences, Orthopaedics, Neurosciences, Gastrosciences, Oncology, and Organ Transplantation (CONGOT).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaigns: Develop specialty marketing strategies and lead digital, offline, and community campaigns.
- Referral & Doctor Engagement: Build relationships with regional referral doctors, organize CMEs, and execute doctor engagement programs.
- Transplant Marketing: Promote transplant services (Liver, Kidney, Heart, Lung), showcase clinical capabilities, engage medical travel facilitators, and explore funding sources.
- Performance Marketing: Manage lead generation, branding, digital content, and track ROI/revenue metrics against marketing efforts.
