Role

Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager with strong mobile app marketing and growth experience to drive user acquisition, conversions, subscriptions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Meta & Google Ads.
• Drive app installs, registrations, subscriptions & revenue.
• Optimize the app acquisition-to-purchase funnel.
• Track CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV & retention.
• Run A/B tests and performance experiments across creatives, campaigns, landing pages, onboarding & offers.
• Identify funnel drop-offs and improve app conversion & retention.
• Use GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content & Video teams.

Must-Have

• 36 years in Performance/Growth Marketing.
• Strong Meta & Google Ads expertise.
• Mobile app marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization & analytics.
• Experience with EdTech, Consumer Apps, Wellness/Psychology or Subscription Apps is a plus.
