Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for equity, commodity, mutual funds, and other financial products.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.
• Organise investor awareness programmes, seminars, and promotional events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and referral networks for business development.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with SEBI and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock market / broking industry marketing.
• Strong understanding of equity, commodity, mutual funds, and financial market products.
• Proven experience in lead generation and brand promotion.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools and Campaign Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• A graduate or MBA in marketing is preferred.
• Certifications in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• NISM certification preferred.
