• Drive field marketing activities such as market activations, customer engagement programs, roadshows, events, promotional campaigns and local area marketing initiatives.
• Generate quality leads through BTL activities, field campaigns, events, activations, local partnerships and other customer acquisition initiatives.
• Work closely with Branch Managers and Sales teams to identify business opportunities and support achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective lead management in coordination with branch and sales teams to improve lead-to-business conversion.
• Identify potential markets, customer segments and locations for conducting targeted marketing activities.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns for products such as Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans and other financial products, as applicable.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, printers and other partners for execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines, branch branding, visibility materials, POSM and marketing collaterals across branches.
• Support new branch launches, branch visibility initiatives and marketing activities for new and underperforming branches.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer trends, competitor activities and local market opportunities.
• Track competitor activities, market developments and promotional initiatives and provide actionable insights to the business.
• Prepare and maintain marketing calendars, activity plans, budgets, MIS reports and campaign performance reports.
• Monitor marketing spends, activity effectiveness, lead generation and conversion metrics to measure ROI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Branch Operations, Product, Regional Marketing and Corporate Marketing teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Develop innovative local marketing ideas based on regional market requirements, customer profiles and business objectives.
• Ensure effective execution of campaigns within timelines, budgets and defined quality standards.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide regular updates to management with recommendations for improvement.
