Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute farmer meetings, field demonstrations, field days, crop campaigns, dealer and distributor engagement programs.
• Support new product launches through demonstrations, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to expansion plans for new geographies and pipeline products.
• Conduct product training programs for field sales teams to enhance product knowledge and market effectiveness.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign effectiveness, and provide regular performance reports.
