B2B Marketing Person (Manager/Executive) in our industrial steam boiler sector will focus on brand visibility, relationship building, and high-value lead generation. Industrial boilers are high-capital investments with long sales cycles (often 6 to 18 months), this role relies on building trust with plant managers, consultants, and procurement heads.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Specialist/Manager is expected to develop and execute strategic campaigns to position our companys thermal heating solutions as the most efficient, compliant, and cost-effective options in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

B2B Lead Generation: Run targeted campaigns to attract industrial plant managers, project consultants, and purchase heads across core sectors like Sugar, Dairy, Cement, Chemicals, Textiles, Food & Beverage, etc.

• Content & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with the core engineering team to create whitepapers, case studies, and technical brochures showcasing fuel efficiency, ROI, and compliance with strict emission laws.
• Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Plan, organize, and manage company participation in major industrial trade expos (e.g., Boiler India Expo, national engineering trade fairs) to showcase physical products and network.
• Tender & Bid Tracking: Monitor government and private industrial tender portals to identify active boiler procurement notices and pass them to the estimation desk.
• Digital Presence: Manage SEO, LinkedIn advertising, and email newsletters focused on industry trends like biomass transitions and green steam technology.
