Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for food testing and analytical services • Identify and onboard new clients such as food manufacturers, exporters, restaurants, FMCG companies, and startups • Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business • Promote services related to food testing, water testing, shelf-life studies, labeling, and regulatory compliance • Coordinate with laboratory, QA, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets • Represent the laboratory in client meetings, exhibitions, audits, and industry events • Oversee branding, digital marketing coordination, and promotional activities Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of food analytical testing services (advantage) • Understanding of FSSAI regulations and food safety standards • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing • Ability to work independently and lead a marketing team • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Willingness to travel for client acquisition and business development
