About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of the brand and drive measurable business growth across organic, paid, digital, ATL and BTL marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall brand strategy, positioning, communication and brand language.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple product and service lines.
• Drive organic growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage Meta, Google and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Manage a marketing budget of approximately 10 lakh with focus on ROI, CAC, CPL and ROAS.
• Build content, storytelling and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute ATL, BTL, partnerships and offline activations.
• Work closely with design, content, sales, product and operations teams to maintain one unified brand voice.
• Set clear growth targets and own the journey from X to Y within a defined timeline.
• Track marketing performance and continuously optimise campaigns based on data.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Healthcare/HealthTech experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, social media and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics.
• Experience managing 5–10 lakh+ marketing budgets.
• Strong creative, analytical and execution skills.
• Ability to take complete ownership of marketing and deliver measurable business growth.
