• Execute lead generation campaigns across digital, offline, referral, alliance, and partner channels to achieve approved lead targets.
• Coordinate with agencies, channel partners, aggregators, and vendors to ensure timely execution and delivery against agreed performance metrics.
• Track and monitor the lead funnel from acquisition to handover, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and publish periodic reports, dashboards, and performance updates related to lead generation activities.
• Ensure effective execution of approved campaigns in line with timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
• Monitor and optimize lead sources to improve volume, lead quality, and channel efficiency.
• Conduct lead reconciliation with CRM, Sales, and agency reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of lead data.
• Maintain and update lead generation dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers for management review.
• Resolve operational escalations related to lead quality, source discrepancies, campaign performance, and stakeholder concerns.
• Support Sales and CRM teams by ensuring timely lead allocation, information sharing, and alignment on conversion priorities.
