The Opportunity 

This is a role for someone who loves people as much as they love design. As a Marketing Manager, you will be the one who markets Hexaspace thru Online & Offline channels. 

What You Will Do

1.          360° Brand Ownership & Creative Execution

·       Digital Growth & Performance Marketing (Online): Lead and execute high-impact digital initiatives, including SEO optimization to improve organic visibility and Performance Marketing (Google/Meta Ads) to drive high-intent leads.

·       Automation & Outreach: Beyond standard ads, you will set up smart marketing flows—using Chatbots, Bulk Messaging, and automated communication funnels to reach clients where they are most active.

·       Tangible Brand Presence: Oversee the design and placement of all print media, site branding (standees, hoardings, site boards), offline marketing collaterals (Ads, brochures, leaflets, CP Programmes) & to ensure a premium physical brand feel.

·       Social Media Mastery: Take full ownership of the Social Media Game on Instagram, FB, YouTube, and LinkedIn to boost engagement and brand recall.

·       Creative Management: Take full ownership of day-to-day graphic requirements to ensure brand momentum. You will independently produce high-quality visual content—ranging from social media posts and digital ads to internal announcements—using tools like Canva, AI platforms, or thru DIY.

·       AI Leverage: Deploy AI tools to scale reach and automate content, achieving the output of a full marketing department.

2.          Strategic Networking 

·       External Liaison: Act as the Hexaspace PoC for marketing fronts, builders, and high-value stakeholders.

·       Network Expansion: Drive the company's growth through Franchise Models, identifying potential partners and leading the onboarding meetings.

·       Competitor Intelligence: Conduct rigorous competitor research on pricing, trends, and hooks to keep Hexaspace ahead.

3.           Lead Intelligence & Customer Journey

·       Quality Control: Move beyond vanity metrics to focus on lead quality and conversion tracking.

·       Performance Analytics: Provide data-backed insights on consumer behavior and campaign effectiveness.

·       Journey Mapping: Define the Customer Experience from the moment they see an ad to the moment they get their keys.

·       Client Advocacy: Act as a touchpoint for Hexaspace clients to understand their feedback and journey; design formal mechanisms to capture and document these experiences.

·       Strategic Pivoting: Use client insights to refine company strategy, marketing hooks, and operational practices for better market alignment.

What We Are Looking For

—        2 to 4 years of experience in marketing.

—        Able to hold a room — strong communication and presentation

—        Build trust quickly and understand market & clients approach

—        Gujarati language proficiency preferred
