Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth by aligning marketing with sales and product objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email).
• Manage website, social media, and digital presence with regular content updates.
• Create and manage marketing content (case studies, blogs, newsletters, presentations, brochures).
• Support sales team with marketing collaterals, lead generation campaigns, and events.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing spend for ROI.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed.
• Stay updated on B2B IT marketing trends and propose new ideas for growth.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of B2B digital/inbound marketing experience (IT/software preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Analytics, CRM tools.
• Strong content writing amp communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
• Creative mindset with an analytical approach to campaigns.
