Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Department: Marketing Reliant Housing Group is looking for an experienced

Marketing Manager who can manage complete marketing activities for real estate projects, including online marketing, offline promotions, property portals, Meta campaigns, Google leads, and daily lead quality monitoring.

Experience Required: Prior experience in

real estate marketing is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage online and offline marketing activities for real estate projects
• Handle Meta campaigns, Google leads, property portals, social media promotions, hoardings, events, and other marketing channels
• Monitor daily leads received from Meta, Google, property portals, walk-ins, and other sources
• Check lead quality on a daily basis and coordinate with the sales team for feedback
• Track lead performance, campaign results, conversion quality, and marketing ROI
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, creative teams, property portals, sales teams, and internal departments
• Manage project branding, creatives, brochures, advertisements, videos, and promotional content
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in real estate marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta ads, Google leads, property portals, offline marketing, and lead generation
• Ability to check and improve lead quality
• Good coordination with sales teams, agencies, vendors, and portals
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, MIS, and campaign reporting
• Strong communication, planning, and execution skills
